Air Operations range from commercial air transport (CAT) operations involving the transport of passengers, cargo or mail for remuneration or hire to general aviation operations such as flight training and private flights. Commercial Air Transport Operations
CAT operators must, by law, obtain an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) from the CAA. This allows transport of passengers and / or cargo on the aircraft for remuneration irrespective of the size of aircraft or operation.
