Maternity & Paternity Leave Duraning Incresed
The CAA management takes pleasure in announcing that maternity and paternity leave durations for CAA staff have been amended to align with President Solih’s 100 day pledges.
Effective from 26th March 2019, all female CAA staff would be provided with a six month maternity leave and all male CAA staff would be provided with one month of paternity leave.
The CAA considers staff health and welfare a top priority to foster a balanced and productive working environment.
