Under CAA technical training program The Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) Training Course has been conducted from 02nd - 04nd May 2023. The CAA concluded a 3 day training course on Electronic Flight Bags (EFB) on 4 May 2023. The main focus of this course was on the existing regulations and guidance of EFB as laid down in MCAR-Air Operations. It helped the CAA Inspectors and Industry understand how to implement and gain an EFB Approval. The training was provided by Ciconia Aviation Services.

Under CAA technical training program The Compliance Monitoring Training has been conducted from 28th February - 02nd March 2023. The CAA held a 3-day training on specifically designed for those who manage compliance monitoring activities in relation to Flight Operations.
As part of the planned activities outlined by the Government of the Maldives to ease the travel restrictions, all international airports in the Maldives were opened for international travel from 15th July 2020 with precautionary measures against the spread of COVID- 19, which are being reviewed from time to time.
The CAA conducted Air Operations and Aircrew training for CAA Staff and Industry from 12th - 15th December 2022. The purpose of the training was to familiarise the participants with the requirements of MCAR-Air Operations and MCAR-Aircrew regulations.
